| Information |  First Lake is the former water supply for the Town of Annapolis Royal. Now decommissioned, the site provides for excellent hiking, snowshoeing, paddling, and fishing. A wilderness hiking trail follows the entire perimeter of the lake. First Lake in Lequille is stocked annually with trout for a fishing derby! Parking is available in the carpool lot on Highway 8 across from the access gate. It's about a 250 m walk to the lake from the gate, and the trail around the lake is about 1.5 km. |
