Description & Services

Information Each summer we canvass the community organizations, businesses and individuals to sponsor our hanging baskets placed throughout our village. We buy the baskets, buy the equipment for the watering and pay to have them looked after. This has been a big success in our area, even though we are a small group. 
Our Garden Club assists with gardening in the community.  
 
We frequently host guest speakers on gardening tips and techniques.
Dates Seniors Tea - March 17 at the Charing Cross Seniors Home 
July 1st Celebration- We assist the Legion by looking after the Parade of Costumes. We host speakers at our meetings.  
Flower Show - 3rd weekend in August at the New Ross Fair Grounds
Meetings We meet on the1st Wednesday of each month.  
 
Various other meetings throughout the year, if making special plans.
