Description & Services

Information The 5K Superhero Dash & 1K Flash Dash is a walk/run open to all who wish to participate.  
 
1K ~ ages 10 and under ~ $10.00 ~ 9:30am  
 
5K ~ all ages ~ $20.00 ~ 10:00am  
 
Registration can be done online through atlanticchip.ca, or by dropping off a registration form and payment at the French School office.  
 
There will be awards for winners in 5 age categories, plus awards for best superhero costumes!  
 
Costumes are encouraged but optional.  
 
Due to Dept. Of Transportation regulation, there are no wheels allowed for the 5K. (Strollers, bicycles, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc.).  
 
The 1K will be on school property, so does not fall under that regulation.
Eligibility 1K ~ ages 10 and under  
5K ~ all ages
Hours Race day registration begins at 8:30am
