The SCCHB mission is to develop a community health plan, through broad community participation and consultation that include strategies to promote and improve the health of our community.

Our vision is to develop resources, with community input, to improve the health of Shelburne County residents; and, to produce a health plan that is easily understood, accessible, and current.

We value all member in our community and recognize the benefits of community involvement in developing a practical, comprehensive health plan.
