Information 143 Construction Engineering Flight Lunenburg County (143 CEF) is part of the Air Reserve program of the Canadian Armed Forces. We provide full-time training and employ members part-time in the following trades: 
 
- Construction Technician 
- Plumbing and Heating Technician 
- Electrical Distribution Technician 
- Electrical Generating Systems Technician 
- Refrigeration & Mechanical Systems Technician 
- Water, Fuels & Environment Technician 
- Financial Services Administrator 
- Human Resources Administrator 
- Supply Technicians 
- Mobile Support Equipment Operators
