| Information | Adventure Club - free program for all kids in Primary through grade 6! Held in the gym and Christian Education Centre, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Kentville on the corner of Webster and Main Streets (503 Main St.) At AC, kids enjoy snacks, games and activities, music, and bible stories, and theme parties (some that we have almost every year include things like Crazy Hair Night, our Christmas Party, Easter Party, a Birthday for Everyone night). We also have special events (such as outings, or special guests) as well as hands on projects to help others (such as our annual pumpkin sale in support of the Canadian Foodgrains Bank, community cleanup, collecting food each week for the Emergency Food Assistance program, and other mission project challenges!), all ways AC makes a difference in our community. A weekly email is sent to all parents/guardians of registered children each Tuesday, and provides updates and information about what's happening that Wednesday. Cancellation Policy Note: When Adventure Club is cancelled due to weather, we will make every effort to send an email to families of all registered children, as well as publicize the cancellation through local radio and web cancellation notices. |
