Information The Heartland Tour is not a fundraiser! It is a public awareness campaign that uses the bicycle as a vehicle to educate and draw attention to a topic that is of vital importance - the unnecessary burden and growth of cardiac and general health risk factors in Nova Scotians of all ages. 
A bike tour across communities in Nova Scotia promoting a heart healthy lifestyle. 
Create a healthier you, one kilometre at a time.
